The Bevic Team

You might have seen our faces on social media before but on Employee Appreciation Day, I  thought it would be great opportunity to share a bit more about the people who make up Team Bevic.

Having started the business as a solopreneur back in 2018, I’m so happy to now be joined by two other women I get to work on a day-to-day basis and who are instrumental in making Bevic who we are!

Like any business, the success of it is down to the people who make up the team. People buy people after all and I’m proud to work with some amazing folk who are a great reflection of what Bevic is all about – results, hard work, fun, creativity and kind!

It’s important to say, that behind the scenes we’re also supported by a talented team of specialist freelancers who help make all the magic happen too for our clients so a bit shout out to them too!

So who is Team Bevic?

Vicky-Bevic-Marketing

Vicky Clapham – Founder and MD

Hello, I’m Vicky, the founder of Bevic Marketing Services Ltd! I set the business up in 2018 after having my second child. The name of the business is actually a combination of their names and mine as they ultimately were the main driver behind launching the business. Prior to Bevic I worked in-house leading marketing and communication departments across a range of industries. I studied all the CIM qualifications following graduating from Newcastle Uni and have been a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the CIM for over 10 years and I’m also a member of CIPR.

My favourite part of my job is when I see clients reaping the rewards from the marketing and communications activity and the difference it makes. Whether it’s raising their profile and getting the recognition they deserve, to increased sales and enquiries following a creative campaign, or reigniting their social media with new ideas and consistent content. I never get tired of the buzz of seeing a business flourish!

Marketing never stands still, and there is always something new to learn which is one of the best things about it! Never a dull day!

An interesting fact about me?? I can play the sax (sort of!)

Emily Rhodes – Marketing and PR Assistant

Hi, I’m Emily - Bevic’s resident marketing and PR assistant. Graduating university in 2020 Bevic is my first (proper) job and me it’s first employee having joined as part of the Kickstart scheme! I can’t believe I will be celebrating my first anniversary in March!

As part of my role I get to work with fab clients on exciting projects but social is definitely my jam. I love finding new trends to hop on for reels, creating campaigns for awareness days, which seem to be every other day these days, and learning about the ever-changing laws of running Facebook ads.

I’m a huge foodie and have a passion for cooking, spending most of my spare time trying out new recipes from Tiktok and going out to eat. A personal fav is anything Japanese; sushi, ramen, gyoza you name it! Something I discovered after being lucky enough to visit Tokyo at the end of 2019 just before the pandemic hit.

If I was to vote myself the ‘the most likely too’ it would have to be most likely to drop their phone down the toilet as I’m glued to it 24/7, most of the time on Instagram, but I guess you can say that’s what makes me good at my job!

Charlotte Goss – VA

Hey i’m Charlotte and I work with Bevic on an associate basis as their VA. I'm all about creating space for female founders with tech & creative virtual assistance. Everything from email marketing to blog research.

I am East Yorkshire born and bred and still live in the area in the small town Market Weighton with my husband and our 3-year-old daughter.

My background is in media, charity & marketing but I once had a wedding cake business - I've always sought a creative outlet...

The favourite part of my role supporting Vicky and Emily, is that they have such a variety of clients and I love this about working on the team. I get to work on something totally different every week and getting creative.

An interesting fact about me…I almost got on the Great British Bake Off, didn’t quite make it through the screen tests though! And I’m part of a pop choir which I love.
